How I Fixed My Finances – The Road to Financial Freedom Part 2

Standard

I need to release some stress so I am back writing for my own blog.

Anyway, I stopped at June so let’s continue…

So cute. 🙂

August 2015

I am a licensed real estate broker. If you want to know my story, please read my old post.  By August 2015, I told myself I have to make use of my license. I started putting ads online again and received inquiries.

Unless cash buyer nabinggwit mo. Langya, tiba – tiba ka dun!  In reality, it’s like you have a ‘piggy bank’. You know, ipunin mo muna yung benta mo and the commission will come months, or even years after  that. In fact, kakakuha ko lang last month ng commission from a sale I made a year ago. Ok na din di ba? Nag Cebu na nga ako after that e. 🙂

I write for Two Monkeys Travel by the way. Check their website if you want to become one too!  Hanapin nyo articles ko tapos comment kayo!

Mabalik tayo noh? That same month I received a message from a dear friend, inviting me to facilitate a seminar about Negotiation and Assertiveness. Syempre raket ito di ba? Akala ko libre pakain tapos mga 1,000 or 2,000 lang per day.

Pero I was shocked that I received 10,000 per day! So if you have seminars or talks that you want me to facilitate, pwede naman ako.

Saya noh? Sabi ko sa inyo i – hire nyo na ako. Pramis, hindi ako ganito ka gag*!

Ber Months 2015

Tuloy ang ligaya! May trabaho, nakapag shopping for Christmas. May pera na ako. Sabihin ko ang mga raket ko ha! (Nadagdagan na yan this year)

  1. Virtual Assistant for a Travel Management Company (Reports, Business Review, etc) Tunog matalino e noh? Pero chicken feet! Kaya nyo yan.
  2. Virtual Assistant for an International Communication Consultant (with a nice Travel Blog) – Parang ako ito e, daming raket!
  3. Real Estate Broker (Gusto mo ng condo o bahay at lupa ? (Murang – mura lang)
  4. Resource Speaker for Trainings (Kung saan – saan)

To be honest, I was too afraid to get one. Ang dami kasing nagsara di ba? Pero I was enlightened and got one that I could afford. That’s a start di ba? 🙂 Seriously, consider getting one. #AdultLife

Hindi ako ahente, but I try to convince my friends to get one too. Kasi KAILANGAN! Kasi, SMART move! Yung 1k or 2k a month na savings ko, pasok sa insurance. Tapos next year, aral naman ako ng stocks. Huwag kang titigil matuto! Sumugal ka! Parang pag- ibig lang yan mars! Although yung pagsugal ko last time sa pag – ibig parang medyo nalugi yata! EWAN KO! Saka na yang storya na yan.

Happy na ang pasko ko.

I bought simple gifts for my relatives,  and my kids were too happy with what I gave them. Clearly, it was different from my 2014 Christmas drama. Pero sabi ko sa sarili ko, kahit na I have cash cow and I earn 2x than what I had sa dati kong 8 – 5 job, I want to get richer.

Oh, may part 3 ‘to! Kaso eto, antok na naman ako.  Next time na lang ha. 🙂
